If you wish to compliment, comment on, or complain about, any service received from Edge People Management, you should first raise your concerns with your case manager either verbally or in writing. This should be done as soon as you are able to do so.
If your complaint can’t be resolved by your case manager, you can contact the General Manager via admin@edgepm.net.au
